Welcome to our Terms of Service page for Roadrunner Professional Roadside Solutions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our services, including but not limited to requests for services, booking, or payment for services, whether made via our website, over the phone, or in person. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you should not access or use our services.

Requests for Services

When you submit a request for our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them.

All Sales Are Final – No Refund Policy

We uphold a stringent no-refund policy as we are unable to recoup the expenses incurred for our time, labor, mileage, or the cost of parts installed on customer vehicles. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide any form of refund.

Prepaid Booking Fee

To dispatch our team to your location, a non-refundable booking fee of at least $60 is required. The booking fee may be adjusted based on the distance if your location is more than 15 miles away. Regardless of the amount, the booking fee is prepaid and non-refundable.

Estimates

Any price quoted is an estimate based on the information given to us by the customer over the phone and therefore is subject to change once we’re able to see what exactly is going on if it happens to be different than first described. If there will be an increase in cost by more than 10%, we will discuss the required steps with you before performing them so you can choose whether to have us continue or not.

All Charges Are Final

We do not offer any refunds whatsoever. By using our services, you agree that all charges are final and non-refundable. Our time, labor, and any mileage driven are not items that can be returned and therefore are not refundable. If you are not satisfied with any services you’ve received from Roadrunner Professional Roadside Solutions, please don’t hesitate to reach out the company at 385-200-3656 and we will do our best to fix the situation, within reason.

Unsuccessful Jobs

If we are called to perform a job but are unable to complete it successfully (e.g., due to the problem being a different issue altogether or customer missing needed keys and/or equipment), the charges will remain the same as initially quoted. We charge for our labor and booking fee based on our attempt to complete the service to the best of our ability.

Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your requested date and time. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

Payment

Payment for our services is due at the time of booking or prior to the provision of services. We accept payment via cash, credit card, or other payment methods as agreed between both parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of our services. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services or these Terms, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms.

Governance

Our services are governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any dispute arising from the use of our services will be settled through arbitration in Utah. By using our services, you agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Acknowledgement

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Roadrunner Professional Roadside Solutions is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that may occur during our services. We will make every effort to complete the services safely and effectively, but we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs.
