At Roadrunner Professional Roadside Solutions, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, due to the nature of our business, we may not always see eye to eye with our customers on what is right or fair. Due to this concern, the following refund policy shall prevail if there is any discrepancy in work we’ve done. Be advised under no circumstances do we do offer refunds or returns for services rendered.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee:
In order for us to get in our vehicle and drive to the customer, it requires a minimal booking fee of $60, which is non-refundable even if we’re canceled prior to our arrival on scene.
Estimates and Price Changes:
Any price quoted is an estimate based on the information given to us at the time the service order is placed. If there will be an increase in cost by more than 10%, we will discuss the required steps and reason for additional cost with the customer before proceeding, so the customer can choose whether to have us continue or not.
We have a strict no-refund policy. Our labor, time, and mileage driven are not items that can be returned and therefore are not refundable.
In the event that the customer is over 15 miles away, the booking fee is subject to change based on distance. This line item will be termed “booking fee” and regardless of the amount is a prepaid amount and non-refundable as referenced above.
If we are called to do a service and are unsuccessful in our attempt ( i.e. Tire Change, Jump Start), the charges remain the same as originally quoted. We have attempted to complete the service to the best of our ability and have charged for our labor, mileage, and time spent on the service. No refunds will be issued.
